Prague to Venice

A cycling journey through the heart of Europe

Our journey began in the fairytale city of Prague. We set off along the banks of the Vltava River and soon found ourselves pedaling into the calm of the Czech countryside. Rolling hills, dense forests, and charming villages guided us southward.
In Austria, we followed part of the famous Danube Cycle Path. We enjoyed smooth bike trails, historic towns, and vineyards stretching across the hills. The scenery became more open, the views broader, and the coffee noticeably better.
Slovenia surprised us with its green valleys, crystal-clear rivers, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. The roads wound through old farms and quiet villages. Every stop brought a new, small adventure.
Italy greeted us with a gentle breeze and increasingly flat terrain. We cycled through fertile plains, alongside canals and rice fields. Each espresso and village market was a taste of Italian life. And finally – Venice. Our destination. A city unlike any other, where we parked our bikes and walked the final steps among gondolas and bridges.

A journey full of culture, nature, and unexpected beauty – from the heart of the Czech Republic to the edge of the Adriatic Sea.
